BUET available seats 1030 including 4 reserve seats for Undergraduate (BSc Engineering). Any students can apply who is eligible to apply. But students could not apply any more who read in Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology or passed admission test previous years. After that BUET authority will publish an eligible candidates list who can able to seat for admission test according to the highest marks followed by SSC and HSC GPA score. Only 9000 candidates may able to give admission test.

Qualification required to apply in BUET: Minimum GPA requirement to apply in BUET at least GPA 4.00 in SSC and HSC exam. Candidates must have total GPA 24 of Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, English and Bangla.
For English medium students must have B grade of “O level exam” and A grade in “GCE A level”.
BUET Ka Unit: Engineering departments and Urban and Regional Planning application fee 600 Taka
BUET Kha Unit: Engineering departments and Urban and Regional Planning and Architecture Engineering application fee 700 Taka.
