Argentina’s Final Team Announced for the World Cup Preparation Match

Before the World Cup in Qatar, Argentina will play preparatory matches against Honduras and Jamaica. Argentina announced a 32-man squad for the two matches earlier this month. This time the final team of 28 members has been announced. Where the midfielder Tiago Almada, who plays in Major League Soccer in the United States, has also made it to the final team.

The four left out of the 32-man squad are goalkeeper Juan Musso, center back Lucas Martinez Cuarta, midfielder Esquiel Palacios and forward Nico Gonzales.

The first match will be held in Miami on September 23. The venue for the second match on September 27 is New York.

Defenders: Christian Romero, Nicolas Otamendi, Lisandro Martinez, Gonzalo Montiel, Nahuel Molina, Herman Petzela, Facundo Medina, Nahuen Perez, Nicolas Tagliafico and Marcos Acuña.

Midfielders: Leandro Paredes, Giovanni Lo Celso, Rodrigo de Paul, Guido Rodriguez, Enzo Fernandez, Alejandro Gomez, Alexis McAllister.

Forwards: Lionel Messi, Angel Di Maria, Lautaro Martinez, Paulo Dybala, Angel Correa, Thiago Almada, Joaquin Correa and Julián Alvarez.
